Total Tech disconnect

I was on the phone for two hours and was transferred 15 times. At the end I was so worked up I thought I was going to have a stroke. Absolutely the worse customer service of any company.

Screwed by geek squad

However, it is a device that works specifically with my hearing aids I am 78 years old and they wanted to charge me after I paid 199 for a worthless contract

Could not fix soundbar

They could not hook my soundbar to my TV unless I bought a new soundbar and it is about 4 years old. I will go somewhere else to buy my soundbar and remote.

I've called repeatedly and emailed! About to post my complaint on twitter and instagram. Please respond to me and come out and truly fix the TV!

terrible in terrible terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they did a terrible job. scheduling was terrible and they promised installation one day and then they couldn't install and finish in one day because there was defective receiver. then when they rescheduled again they came on the wrong day. in the end it took a full month to get everything resolved. horrible horrible horrible experience.

Best Buy cannot mount a TV and communications are

Their answer the call was to connect me with the manufacturer. That took excessively long and was still not helpful. I ultimately ended up having to read a 200 page manual to figure out how to fix the issue. Very disappointed with geek squad on this one.

Very disappointed that the two items I thought I can get answers on , I couldn't. Issue with TV sound for Netflix as well as clicking sound from new 75" Geek Squad "manager" called but put fuel on the fire rather than listen. Extremely disappointing.

Greek squad attempted to configure my AV system.

After I spent 1 and 1/2 days with the manual, I was able to configure the system. The agents weren't interest in how the system needed to be configured.

BAD SOUND BAR!

I have to turn the tv and sound bar off and unplug it for 5-10 minutes. The sound usually goes back on, or I need to reboot a second time.
