    Our cameras are not working. I have called the tech 4 times with no returned phone call. We have a new appointment his week. I’m sure it’s the batteries but we can’t get anyone to order them to have them here when the tech comes. Your system is very frustrating.

    The geek did not know what he was doing. He also parked his truck right in the middle of my driveway? Wanted to charge me for a service I already paid for, Terrible customer experience!

    No show no call from tech. Call center tried reaching them and no answer. I was on the phone for two hours and was transferred 15 times. At the end I was so worked up I thought I was going to have a stroke. Absolutely the worse customer service of any company.

    Agent did not solve the problem. I contacted the company and within minutes was able to resolve the problem. I subsequently contacted the technician who was not successful to let him know how to proceed if ever faced with the same issue.

    They refused to install my hearing device technology because it was not purchased at Best Buy! However, it is a device that works specifically with my hearing aids I am 78 years old and they wanted to charge me after I paid 199 for a worthless contract

    Could not fix soundbar

    I bought a universal remote from Best Buy about 4 years ago and it stopped working. They could not hook my soundbar to my TV unless I bought a new soundbar and it is about 4 years old. I will go somewhere else to buy my soundbar and remote.

    The television was never repaired. I expected a return visit from Geek Squad. It never happened. The only alternative was to return to TV for a refund.

    Price for $99 troubleshooting was not worth especially if one of the main suggestions to fix was getting a new appliance.

    Tech "fixed" the television and then left. It had the same problem. I can't get through to anyone. I've called repeatedly and emailed! About to post my complaint on twitter and instagram. Please respond to me and come out and truly fix the TV!

    The agent had no idea how to help me. He was here a few minutes and told me my device was faulty. This was not true. It cost me for nothing.

    But it’s certainly not easy. Probably hands down the worst system set up by a company that is lucky to have the contractors and employees they have because they are the ones that keep me coming back…

    Second unsuccessful attempt Mount my TV - communication is unacceptable and performance is poor. Would never recommend Total Tech to anyone…it’s been a calamity of errors! Still waiting to have my TV installed - can someone call me to discuss?

    Geek squad never did show up they sent a contractor to install my TVs after a month and a half of being scheduled and rescheduled and scheduled and rescheduled. Very unhappy. Customer.

    Sound on my tv abruptly stops nearly every day, sometimes twice a day. I have to turn the tv and sound bar off and unplug it for 5-10 minutes. The sound usually goes back on, or I need to reboot a second time.

    The help desks is awful. They need so much training each and everyone of them. However, the technicians were terrific and good at knowing how to make repairs. Because of the help desk I will not being buying at Best Buy Again.
