Greek squad attempted to configure my AV system.

After I spent 1 and 1/2 days with the manual, I was able to configure the system. The agents weren't interest in how the system needed to be configured.

terrible in terrible terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they did a terrible job. scheduling was terrible and they promised installation one day and then they couldn't install and finish in one day because there was defective receiver. then when they rescheduled again they came on the wrong day. in the end it took a full month to get everything resolved. horrible horrible horrible experience.

Service so bad you want to go elsewhere

Very disappointed that the two items I thought I can get answers on , I couldn't. Issue with TV sound for Netflix as well as clicking sound from new 75" Geek Squad "manager" called but put fuel on the fire rather than listen. Extremely disappointing.

Bad Service - Don’ count on the extended warranty

Their answer the call was to connect me with the manufacturer. That took excessively long and was still not helpful. I ultimately ended up having to read a 200 page manual to figure out how to fix the issue. Very disappointed with geek squad on this one.

TV & sound setup

It was 7:30 when they left & still had an hour drive to get back to their store. Told us they would clean the screens on the 2 tv's but did not.

He then complained about what he percieved as more work then he he believed was needed. He ended up lraving with out doing anything to complete resetting up the home theater now 80% completed

Hit the power button and talked about new TVs they have in store. Not a valuable service. I feel like it was a complete waste of my time.

Got a call an hour before from a technician who was under the impression he was coming to install a television.

Geek Squad set up Sirius xm radio

Two geek squad guys played with my TV for about 45 minutes and did not know what was wrong. I went to Best Buys and. Purchased another Hulu connector after being told by a friend that it would solve the problem and it did.

It took a call to Ben Prevost to get someone out who knew what they were doing. Jason Scharder was out on 2/23 and addressed issues with the original installation. It got fixed, finally.
