    The tech showed up on time, was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed several problems we were having with the TV and sound system. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what we should do to avoid problems in the future.

    The technician reviewed the Surround sound set up. Made some changes and it was working well for a fee weeks. However it has quit working again.

    The tech staff from Best Buy are always so wonderful they’re kind, professional and make sure that you understand how your equipment works before they leave they’re very patient, they never make you feel rushed and they stay until you’re totally understand. I also purchased there I guess extra warranty insurance and have used it several times and found it worth every little penny! Again they are extremely knowledgeable patient and kind especially for us older folks who don’t always understand the tech world they don’t leave until you understand and know how to work your equipment

    Sonos Sound System not linking to Samasung TV

    Sonos sound system was not linking to samsung TV. Technician knew instantly what the problem was and fixed it. Only complaint is that the fix was so easy and simple relative to what I paid but still worth the Money.

    The techs. where early. They where very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Along with solving the original problem they also made some suggestions to get more out of my home theatre.

    The two specialists were phenomenal and thorough. Both arrived and immediately figured out the issues affecting my Sony Soundbar.. It was evident they were knowledgeable and on task. I was in a flux as my new soundbar wasn’t up to par. It didn’t take long to discover the issue and within 25 minutes the problem was corrected. I’d give the workers 10 stars for their diligence and time on task. I’d highly recommend the two workers for any project Best Buy knowledge base is needed.
