If I could put this at 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience buying a computer ever. I bought brand new gaming pc from here and it came with a completely defective graphics card and had super outdated software. This company has horrible customer service and was an absolute hassle to try to contact someone who can try to help me resolve my problem and in the end they didn’t even help me at all they just took my information and said have a nice day we will contact you soon. Geek squad I’m sorry but y’all are so useless and I will never be purchasing a product from y’all ever again and I hope everyone who plans to buy from y’all sees this and changes their mind because y’all are an absolute train wreck of a business. DO NOT BUY THE OPEN BOX HP OMEN 30 L IM LEAVING A PICTURE OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

I have used Geek Squad for years and all I can say is money well spent. Amazing group, all are intelligent friendly and helpful!

The agents trouble shoot my TV and set up my new Dish carrier and taught me how to use the remote.

Although the Geek Squad couldn’t fix the TV-could be foxes but you could buy a tv for the same price. They seemed knowledgeable and answered questions about another tv we may purchase. They were personable and got to work immediately.

I previously reviewed the Geek squad visit. Basically thought the visit was a waste of time and the people you sent were not experienced enough with my issue and gave them a bad review. I also thought I was being charged for the visit but I found out that wasn't the case. The main tech performed a factory reset of my google mesh network. I thought this was so basic at the time and was angry. Well, several weeks later, it appears that the reset totally resolved my wi-fi network stability. I am sorry I reacted to what seemed like incompetence. So I take back all that I said in the last review.

The agent assembled my computer desk very well! A small defect on the top of the desk was noted and he did put it in the report if a replacement is necessary as finish might be compromised in the future. The defect was not the agents fault.. the desk came delivered in that condition. The Sauder desk is very sturdy! It would have been nice to have a repair pen included in the packing. Tried to attach picture but photos would not upload

the 2 gentlemen who came to see what my problem was were very nice and knowledgeable and fixed the problem very quickly.

Excellent, professional service. The agent was polite and patient explaining the problem which he solved.

The agents mounted my TV at the perfect height. Installation was done well, cleaned up the trash and left my place neat.

The agent did a good job. However he acted as if hevwere under a tight time schedule and had to runvto the next client. As a result, I didnt have time to adk him all the questions i needed to have answered and he didnt have time to check all my devices. I beieve its your scheduling that made me seem like jyst another client.vpleade improve your customer service training and expectations.

Agency looked at my GE refrigerator. He found everything was working in proper order as far as he could see.

I was having trouble getting my tv to sync. Two members of the geek squad came out and went beyond what I'd expected.

The troubleshooting visit was Perfect. He was from the Geek squad and performed a much better service than the 3rd party had done the wk before. He quickly found the problem and fixed it and explained all his work.

The Geek Squad came and answered all questions and programed the TV for me - all is well.

Our service was exceptional.Our problem was fixed in seconds.Our service provider was such a helpful man.Would like him to always come to our home for service.

The technicians were quick and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they did and what I can do in the future. Great service!

The guys did a great job installing and connecting the HDMI cables. They were very knowledgeable. They cleaned up nicely.

The agent tried hard remotely to fix the problem and scheduled an appointment in the house when determined it was needed

Not only troubleshot our Roku issue but made some installation changes which improved service

Mounted my new TV. Converted my systems to firestick. Simplified my electronics system. Have helped my troubleshoot numerous laptop computer problems. Transitioned me to a new laptop and trained me in the basic usage. Useful to me on many fronts.
