    Totally Dissatisfied. Geek squad delivered and installed a Sonos Amp. Doesn't work. Calls and emails complaining are not returned. My next communication will be with the CEO of Best Buy

    Tv remote troubleshoot

    Could not figure out how to reprogram my remote to the TV and in the process messed up my direct tv remote. I reprogrammed the direct tv and then went on you tube and reprogrammed my remote myself. Very disappointed.

    Worst service ever! Would give a negative star review if possible. From the Turkey Creek store, geek squad, MagnoliaAV, BB customer service reps, even management. Not one employee came through. Simply horrible!!

    Don’t buy Velop Mesh system

    Service tech was fine. Equipment sucks. I bought Velop mesh for my whole house and instead of being able to fix it and make it work. Their suggestion was to buy all new equipment. Lame

    Third party. MasterTech came to hookup a sound bar. My cable wouldn’t connect so John set up hotspot on iPhone to watch Sounders game. Stopped working when he left.

    I have to wait weeks to get a Geek Squad member to my house to check my sound system. I have picture but no sound. Disappointed in the long wait time to receive serviceDisappointed in the long wait time to receive service.

    I called 10 days to order a technician to check out a television that wasn’t working I also ordered a wall mount to be added they came and added the wall mount but never showed up for the television to be checked

    it can take hours before you can get a LIVE person to answer for the geeks and if you get lucky it takes weeks to get an appointment.

    Nothing was done look at TV confirmed issue. I was told that A service would be done on or around Sept 7th but I have not gotten anything showing such appt has been set but work order seems to be closed.

    My mom was the customer and she was pretty angry. She actually went into Best Buy to make a home appointment because she purchased a new laptop that she needed hooked up to an existing printer.Wasted my mom’s time!

    Horrible experience a complete run around with no resolution. A complete waste of valuable time ans resources. The ineptitude runs deep, not just a one off. Best Buy lost a customer for good.

    Terrible! I paid for yearly Totaltech. I told 5 different people this was for a computer issue in an office!! They showed up for home theater! Now told this doesn't even cover for office. $213.99 wasted.
