miss netflix

I ordered my printer be hooked up correctly too the same day and he said another geek man would be to my home later. He NEVER showed up. How do we resolve this? Schedule someone any day is good.

charged me for nothing

I called the Geek Squad and they came out and told me I was using the wrong DVD in the player, put the correct one in and the sound bar now worked. 99.00 ching for just telling me I was using the wrong DVD

The required diagnostic fees for in-home services does begin at $99.00, with additional fees possible if repairs and/or parts are required to get everything back up and running. This product is misleading

I went to Best Buy. I bought this product. But this product over promise and under delivers! Don’t buy this product if your room to room is more that 14 feet! Geek Squad and Best Buy....yuck!
