    I couldn't get my new Dolby Atmos sound bar to play through the rear speakers. I called the Geek Squad and they came out and told me I was using the wrong DVD in the player, put the correct one in and the sound bar now worked. 99.00 ching for just telling me I was using the wrong DVD

      I'm sorry for any confusion in regards to our service fees. The required diagnostic fees for in-home services does begin at $99.00, with additional fees possible if repairs and/or parts are required to get everything back up and running.     I had a member of Geek Squad. Suggest me getting a product, since he couldn’t do this as is. I went to Best Buy. I bought this product. But this product over promise and under delivers! Don’t buy this product if your room to room is more that 14 feet! Geek Squad and Best Buy....yuck!

    They have been out 2 times and still have not repaired the problem. I have sent and email 3 days ago and they have not responded. I am actively looking into other alternatives. The Geek Squad needs to find competent people

    It was supposed to work on my computers Best Buy screwed up again. That's what you get for $199.00 a year and this isn't the first time they screwed up the appointment.
