    Agent didn’t do anything! Recommend upgrade cable box because sound and picture not in sync. I did and didn’t fix problem. A waste of $109.00

    Neither tech knew what the problem was do I still have the issue and Ring.com didn’t help either! Will never purchase Ring products again!
