    Spend on new than spending on Geek Squad

    Worst experience I had so far with Best Buy. Geek squad made easiest $150 not doing anything.No more use of them.

    Geek squad was dismissive and not helpful. Wanted me to bring in laptop. I called Dell Service and got it repaired quickly over the phone.

    There wasn't any follow up like they said! Some one was supposed to come back and give me part prices and what ever else. That did not happen
