    Wow what a hassle and a horrible experience. Called 3x, disconnected 2 x, on hold for over an hour. So ridiculous. They arent helpful. Terrible customer service.

    I like geek squad but not the call service.

    Just go to the store and talk with geek squad people face-to-face. The call center is useless and the people are dismissive and rude.
