    I was having a problem with my logitech remote. Geek squad showed up when they said they would and started to analyze the problem. They determined that my remote was okay but my sensors for the remote were turned the wrong way. The problem was solved.

    The guys made sure my tv worked and explained a little but about a smart tv I still have many questions not the guys fault i didnt know what to ask.

    Thomas (consultant) was knowledgeable and thorough. Chris (installer) was stellar - smooth, calm, explained everything. New TV, soundbar, modem, router, mesh wifi. It could not have been better. Their expertise is what I needed, and they delivered. Thanks all.

    The GS Techs responded to a call in a timely and professional manner. My Sony receiver and my LG TV stopped responding to each other. Within 20 minutes a full diagnostic check, including checking every cable, they (they tv and receiver) began responding to one another.

    Geek Squad guys brought my new 75-inch Samsung TV to my house, set it up in my TV room, hauled my old non-working TV out, and checked the new TV to be sure everything was working properly. Great new TV works like a champ. It's worth peace of mind to have Geek Squad install and check the TV. Geek Squad is extra cost, but worth it to me.

    Parts issues.

    Bought a Samsung 65 in. Tv. In June 2022. We called fir a service call on this tv which is stiil under warranty for a sound issue. They came out to fix that issue how ever there was a solid line 1 inch up from the bottom of the screen. Had to recall for another service call the came out and said we need a new screen order it but it was delayed in shipping . Finally scheduled the appointment they came out took everything apart and found out it was the wrong screen size with the same part number. Reorder it came back out and the screen was damaged now we're still waiting for it to get fixed.

    The geek squad who visited my house were excellent and confirmed that my LG subwoofer would not turn on and advised me to take it to the bestbuy store for repair. I did and made the appointment and went to the store.The store geek who took care of me was unkempt and not as knowledgeable and unhelpful.I requested to speak to the manager who refused to help me even though I stated that I am willing to pay for the out of warranty repair.He dismissed me after looking at my receipt of purchase stating that I did not purchase the product protection and that my total tech membership and preferred customer status means nothing to the store geeks or management at the store level.why is the product protection now included with my current total tech protection but not in April of 2021 when I purchased the defective Lg product?

    Mobile Geek Squad quickly solved a sound problem

    The phone agents are hard to understand. The staff at the local Best Buy has been reduced and not trained. The mobile squad was very effective and quickly solved a problem, during a recent experience.

    I forgot the young Lad's name. He delivered the 55" alone, attached it to the wall bracket without any assistance. He took his time to go over the remote, both the Sony remote & the cable remote. He also took out the old $6" Sony alone.

    Sonos Speakers Reconnection

    The agent reconnected my Sonos Sub-Woofer on my Sonos app. My right and left Sonos rear speakers were reversed and needed to also be connected to my Arc. The agent connected all successfully. It is all still working today. I cannot thank him enough!!!

    Geek Squad was awesome. Operator took care of my issue with a new front load washer. Delivery staff was excellent obviously very experienced and good at what they do. Like many of the items I purchased from Best Buy couldn't be happier. I have dealt with a lot of online retailers there is none better than Best Buy.

    Total tech comes through again

    He got the tvs up and running, connected to antennae and explained the use. Total Tech has been the best value particularly in a year where we moved. The technicians have good tech skills, but also good people skills.

    2 gentlemen arrived on time and ready to address all my issues w/ 3 tvs. by the time they left( about 1/2 hour) everything was back in working order

    I called the Geek Squad because my tv screen was black and my attempts to remedy the situation were unsuccessful. The service rep knew immediately that it was a cable box problem and showed me how to reconnect.

    Have been a Total tech member for four years. Have needed their services 6-8 times for computer, TV & internet, including complex TV install in a motor home. Their response has always been timely, professional & effective.
