the front end of the process to obtain service on appliances is bulking, inefficient, and frequently performed incorrectly. * I have requested service on a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, computers and electronics over the past 3 years. * The technical components of the service have been executed professionally by the Geek Squad technicians. * HOWEVER, I have experienced many different types of problems and unnecessary delays in arranging for the service. * There needs to be a more direct pathway for your Geek Squad members and the ability to speak with someone who can understand the basics of the problem and arrange for the correct service the first time.

The two guys that came to fix my door bell were very polite. They arrived in the scheduled timeframe and called before arriving. They took care of the problem in a timely fashion.

The guys who came knew exactly what was going on with the connections to get my fire cube working in concert with my TV. They were in and out in about 20 minutes! Thanks guys!

Actually this was not a new purchase but resetting the controls and the tech was very knowledgeable and pointed out helpful info in managing the home theater functions.

The online service did a fantastic job at setting up the connection for my printer. At the end of the service, the connection was perfect but the printer still wouldn't print and the scheduled an in-person appointment to look at my printer. The tech that came was very friendly and professional. He went through all the troubleshooting. He worked around me needed my computer for a zoom meeting and he was very patient with me. At the end of this service, he told me honestly I needed a new printer and gave me some good recommendations.

The geek squad representative troubleshooted the problems IMMEDIATELY. After finding the problem, he fixed it and then put it through some tests until he was satisfied it was fixed. Very satisfied with his service.

you could not ask for better service then the Geek Squad. They got my system hooked up and working perfect. They explained to me how to work it,and then had me do it. They did not leave untill I knew how to do it

The agent discovered the cause of the loss of audio was not in the receiver but rather in a connecting cable and suggested replacing it. After doing so, all was well!

The Geek Squad guy's are fantastic, Installed everything then patiently took the time to show us old people how to use it. Very nice people and extremely knowledgeable.

The squad members who came to my home were on time and knowledgeable.They diagnosed that my receiver needed to be repaired and told me to contact the store which I did. Once I brought it to the store they informed me that it was no longer under their warranty. After that I was on my own. I call the manufacturer directly and had it repaired. The trip to the store was unnecessary as the could have looked it up over the phone and l would not have had to travel 80 miles.

The Geek Squad went above & beyond fixing a problem with our new TV that our Dish service should have fixed.

The two gentlemen were professional and personable. they made sure the tv would be one I would be happy with by suggesting a a reliable brand. They were so fast with the installation it was well worth the fee. I would highly recommend these two geek squad members

Sound bar & subwoofer issues addressed. It worked great while they were there but the next day it diverted back to the same issue. It’s has to be a tv problem

Everything from mounting the TV to ensure connectivity to other devices was done quickly and professionally.

Expert and Professional Installation.... The team came in and got right to work and asked the right questions on what and where to install the TV and Sound Bar...........

They had to come out a few times to get it right, but at the end of the day they got it done and my home theatre system is working great.
