Came to my home to review Roku settings and connections. Had been having problems with Roku 4K with non 4K TV. Analyzed situation, and we now have an imperfect situation, but one that works.

The agent quickly diagnosed my problem, which was a bad part that needed to be replaced. Part was ordered, installed and TV is working like new.

The agent properly connected our TVs to our new Starlink service and disconnected our Spectrum internet and TV service.

Louis the customer call service, I would give him more stars if I could. I believe he dealt with me about a month ago when I had to change the wrong order to the right one over the phone. Today I called for a complaint regarding the delivery service I received this morning and to cancel the installation service since the delivery guys found a problem and couldn't install for me. I spoke and explained to one of the customer services, he put me on hold then Louis answered as if I were the new caller. I explained and he sorted it out for me so smoothly. I appreciated so much for his patience and professionalism. I called with a little bit anger but I ended that call with a smile because of Louis. Thank you again so much!
