    They came out and replaced the mother board on my television. Working like it’s brand new. Really didn’t want to buy another tv.

    Louis the customer call service, I would give him more stars if I could. I believe he dealt with me about a month ago when I had to change the wrong order to the right one over the phone. Today I called for a complaint regarding the delivery service I received this morning and to cancel the installation service since the delivery guys found a problem and couldn't install for me. I spoke and explained to one of the customer services, he put me on hold then Louis answered as if I were the new caller. I explained and he sorted it out for me so smoothly. I appreciated so much for his patience and professionalism. I called with a little bit anger but I ended that call with a smile because of Louis. Thank you again so much!

    The Geek agent had to trouble shoot a botched setup by an Optimum tech. It took a while to see that cable connections were out of place but he did an excellent job

    Dillon and Totaltech saved the day

    Our Sony Bravia smart TV in our den lost sound and had a few other erratic displays. We learned that as Totaltech members, we could call a geek for help. Dillon came to the house, worked on the television, tested it and then asked if we had any questions. We asked about remote speakers to hear the television 15 feet away in the kitchen. He offered solutions which we are now working on. The visit was covered by the membership. Dillon was very helpful, very patient and very professional!

    My dad and I was assisted by an employee by the name of Oscar when we visited the Valdosta store on 11/8/22. Oscar was such a huge help to us! My dad is not tech savvy and needed help exploring options for a new phone. No only did Oscar help him pick out the best one to meet his needs but he also took the time to call and have the service set up for him and this was not a quick process. Oscar was very patient and kind, He answered all questions and concerns and was such pleasant employee to interact with. Oscar is a great asset to the Best Buy team!
