Great Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This review is not for the Geek Squad. It is for Matthias, who works at the Abilene, TX store. I purchased some items for my GoPro on 8-6-2021 and Matthias assisted me. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find what I needed. One of the products showed to be in stock, but was not on the rack. Matthias searched all over the store to find it and eventually did. He also gave me some great advice on the product (which was a battery/charger for a GoPro hero 8). For some reason the purchase did not appear on my, but my member account is on my receipt. Anyway, you need more employees like Matthias. Thanks. -Phil S.

Geek Squad installed wall mounted TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad installed my 65" Oled TV. The first time the cables were not long enough once on the new wall mount so the squad had to return after I purchased new cables which then allowed the TV to be lowered and the cables bunched together so they were not noticable. TV looks great and was installed well. My computer was hooked up to the new TV as was the old. However, there are new problems with the computer connection that will have to be resolved.
