I have two complaints. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, May 9 and i believe that it appeared on my doorstep the Wednesday before. No doorbell ring or anything. I had lined up people to help as well. Not happy with that. The Sticker on the door is VERY difficult to remove. I removed it with a hair dryer and still have adhesive to remove. The freezer is great.

The agent reestablished the HDMI connection from my modem to my TV.

The tech called to let me know he was on his way, they arrived on time, and quickly fixed the issue with my speakers. They also left me instructions on how to change the setting on the remote (which I didn't have previously) so that the 2nd channel would function. Great customer service.

The agent, Jonathan, was excellent! He was able to resolve my problem connecting with the internet . He quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and made sure my computer was connected to WiFi. I now have excellent internet speed. He also quickly resolved a problem with my husband's computer. In addition he brought to my attention that I hadn't renewed my subscription; it turned out that it was because my credit card had been hacked. We renewed it and the 1st year was only $99! Jonathan also called the next day to make sure everything was working well.

Geek squad did great job. However still having problems with the volume. Please send someone to fix

URC required re-programming due to a switch to a streaming service. Done correctly first time!

The crew that came to troubleshoot my connectivity issue was very professional, answered all questions and gave me a tutorial to fix the issue myself if the same problem happened again. Been a total tech member for years and will say its worth the investment, particularly if you have a complicated home theatre/distributed audio arrangement. Thanks again to the Squad!

Agents came down a few times to find out that was not the fault of the TV it was a defective sound bar now everything works perfect.
