    Great Double Agent

    All the Best buy agents that have been here were great. But one stood out. Sean Bryant is one of the best agents ever. He is respectful, knowledgeable, polite and very hard working. He did not leave the job until it was right, and all my questions were answered. He is incredibly patient and smart. He is the reason why I replaced all the computers and TVs in the entire house. I trust him to do the job right.

    Clemente and Christina were fantastic. They hung things perfectly and patiently assisted us "old ones" to use the equipment as we had many add-ons. 2 weeks later we called geek Squad for assist. Language barrier and lack of knowledge left us without TV until a tech friend stopped by. I am reevaluating use of Geek Squad. Usually love their help but not recently.

    There is nothing better than getting a personal visit from a tech expert to answer your questions, fix your mistakes, and 'create" a home network... someone who is really expert, and knows what he's doing! (Confronting endless "bots"on the phone who promised what they can't deliver and know very little of anything is not my idea of a good time.) DEFINITELY worth the money.

    Geek Squad got our SONOS system working again.

    So glad we signed up for Geek Squad service. These folks are amazing. When our initial unit stopped working, Kenny came with a replacement soundbar system and had it in and working in no time. It's so nice to know that Best Buy finds the most amazing techs to service TVs, Computers, and anything that plus into an electric socket. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD.

    Theater room with surround sound

    The guys from geek squad came out to assess the room for a theater system with suround speakers and wall screen. They then came out and installed the system. They very quick and did a great job hiding and securing all cables and speaker mounts. We tested the dvd and audio systems and created a real nice theater for our space.

    We had tech to try to help me get Paramount + on my LG tv. It was not available on the app store due to it being "too old" although it really isn't very old. He told me how I could stream if from my computer or phone until I could get a Roku. He was unable to sell me one as his vehicle had been broken into and products stolen. Once I got the Roku it worked as I had anticipated.

    Geek Squad fixed our Time Zone issue

    Our Samsung TV started showing Eastern time for all our TV guides. Spent several hours with Hulu and Samsung customer service and no one could figure out how to correct it. The 2 Geek squad reps had never seen anything like it before but they worked hard and found a solution to fixing our TV. We are so glad for their trouble shooting wisdom and a solution.
