    Geek Squad fixed our Time Zone issue

    Our Samsung TV started showing Eastern time for all our TV guides. Spent several hours with Hulu and Samsung customer service and no one could figure out how to correct it. The 2 Geek squad reps had never seen anything like it before but they worked hard and found a solution to fixing our TV. We are so glad for their trouble shooting wisdom and a solution.

    Geek Squad made all remotes compatible.

    The serviceman was able to quickly change a setting on the Samsung TV to make it compatible with all remotes (tv, cable, and sound). Apparently it had never been set when the TV was installed and had finally quit working with our remotes. Our problem was fixed within a few minutes. He also answered other questions about troubleshooting when we have a TV problem. He was very friendly and helpful.

    My geek squad experience

    Just had a radio installed at the Baytown location and the technician Cally was there from the start. Helped me pick out the radio which I absolutely love and then installed it for me. The experience was wonderful all the way through, after the radio was installed Cally walked me through the operation of the radio and was very helpful. I would recommend Best Buy installers to anyone I do bot regret my decision to go with Best Buy both on the product and installation

    Popping sound from in ceiling speaker vs sound bar attached. Mr. Cutter brought a crew one of which was part of the original team that installed the speakers ,mounted TV's and set up sound system. They diligently tried to determine the problem and ultimately trimmed wires at the amplifier which presumably caused the arcing. So far,so good. Appreciated his attention and bringing several workers to rectify the problem.

    I’ve had three different techs try to get one of my TV’s working and all three were very courteous and knowledgeable. It took the third one to hopefully have the right diagnosis. I am waiting on a part from Direct TV/AT&T. I hope this will take care of the problem. If not I will be calling for help again. I had Brian, Carlos and Tav.

    Geek Squad updated my audio system

    The Technology Consultant, Nathan Buches made the arrangements for Rob Dempsey to analyze my audio system. Mr. Dempsey suggested an upgrade due to receiver problems and my system being 11 years old. Mr. Dempsey fixed the issues and programed the new controller to work with my existing system and a new receiver. Rob was exceptionally courteous and explained everything he was doing so that my wife and I understood what was needed and how to work the updated system.

    Nick, manager from the geek squad. He helped me out tremendously. I spent four hours earlier that day online with Apple with no results. Apple was a waste of time. I went to the Paradise Valley store and met Manager Nick in the geek squad and he helped me out with all my needs. He was very friendly, and very informative, and helped me make all the right decisions. I would recommend Best Buy for anybody because of Nick from the geek squad. Absolutely a five star store!!! THANKS NICK

    The two individuals that came were very knowledgeable, personable, went beyond our expectations in providing services. They completed the service and even some extra issues we were having. We are very satisfied with their work and will not hesitate to contact them again.
