    Geek Squad updated my audio system

    The Technology Consultant, Nathan Buches made the arrangements for Rob Dempsey to analyze my audio system. Mr. Dempsey suggested an upgrade due to receiver problems and my system being 11 years old. Mr. Dempsey fixed the issues and programed the new controller to work with my existing system and a new receiver. Rob was exceptionally courteous and explained everything he was doing so that my wife and I understood what was needed and how to work the updated system.

    Hood vents are difficult. Unbeknownst to me, this hood vent only could be hooked up on the left. After weeks of trying to get them to install it (long story, but they only have one person in the region that does it, and they kept scheduling on days he didn't work). And, no one knew what was going on. Even with the paid plan, they didn't deliver it to me, I had to pick it up. NO one at Best Buy really cared either way. So to date it is not hooked up, because their person does not do electrical and I am paying someone to come do that, and then hook it up. Avoid hood vents unless you are guaranteed that they will make it work, which is unlikely. Otherwise Geek Squad has done great things for me.

    Manager Nick from Geek Squad was fantastic!!

    Nick, manager from the geek squad. He helped me out tremendously. I spent four hours earlier that day online with Apple with no results. Apple was a waste of time. I went to the Paradise Valley store and met Manager Nick in the geek squad and he helped me out with all my needs. He was very friendly, and very informative, and helped me make all the right decisions. I would recommend Best Buy for anybody because of Nick from the geek squad. Absolutely a five star store!!! THANKS NICK

    Geek Squad tech, Mark, looked at our TV and determined that it was not fixable (10 yrs old). After questioning how we use the TV, he made a recommendation for an inexpensive replacement, which we took his advise on. Very happy.

    The Technicians who came to our home were amiable and helpful. They were unable to correct the situation but that is not a major shortcoming. I would absolutely call upon them again should I have a problem where I believe they might be able to help. In my view Geek Squad is the gold standard service

    DANIEL / Service Tech was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge and expertise combined with his excellent Customer Service was wonderful. He diagnosed my 2 Issues with my Home Theater(s) and fixed them. It is nice to be able to watch TV again, with no problems or issues. DANIEL was great and BEST BUY is fortunate to have him on their team. THANKS DANIEL!!!

    My experience with my most recent purchase of a new Roku television, from the front door of Best Buy all the way to the front door of my home, was superb! Since streaming is a brand new experience for me, the Geek Squad employees had a dual responsibility - install product and educate me. EXCELLENT
