Mounted my television. Look very professional. No way I could have done it myself as neat.

Spoke with "Raphael" in the billing department who not only resolved all of my questions and issues regarding a renewal charge, he even connected me with the credit card company to fully resolve late fees and interest charges. Wait time was reasonable, and rare for call center/customer service agents to be so helpful Very grateful and appreciate to the well trained staff and their assitance. Thanks Best Buy!!

As easy as it seems to marry a remote control to your television, it was NOT! The Geeks came right out and didn't quit until they got the remote to operate correctly! They are amazing! I am so grateful I can count on them to help solve techno problems!

It is not Geek Squad's fault. Basically, I installed the updated on my LG Smart TV and it messed up the screen by adding black bars. I had Geek Squad come and help. They spent several hours, but were unable to fix. It's an LG problem. They were great though in trying all options

Exactly!!! The agent from the Geek Squad who visited us did a very commendable job in showing me how to use (connect or disconnect) several equipments bought at BEST BUY. His attitude -well mannered and optimistic- made his visit/teaching a very valuable opportunity to learn to use them correctly. CONGRATULATIONS AND MANY THANKS.

There's nothing like a Geek Squad "home" visit. We requested their services to reset a Sonos sound system and re-sync the TV audio. Perfection! And I got to ask all my questions. It was well worth the fee. Thank you Geek Squad for all you do!

The technician took care of the issue without any problems

I got the Best Buy credit card and bought a washer and dryer set, my current ones broke down, and to get the one’s I wanted I would have to wait for over a month. I sucked it up and decided to it. My delivery date was set and I took a partial day off from work. I received a call from the delivery team to confirm but later received and automated call and I found out it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I called customer support multiple times and either got redirected to a non-associated number or got hung up on. (Keep in mind I was pleasant over the phone and not rude at all). Kept trying to get a call back but their automated system is defective on top of it. Finally resorted to online chat and they told me that I would have to wait another month for delivery, which I said couldn’t happen and I will get my money back for the first payment I’ve already made and cancel my card. Surprise! My online chat got cut off now.. waited another 15 min. To get an online representative to tell me they don’t have them in stock all the sudden but they will have them a month later, which made no sense as the delivery team called to confirm the next day delivery, but to the wrong address. I plan on cancelling my order and my card due to the ridiculous circumstances and will go somewhere tomorrow and get a washer and dryer set. I’m a first time customer and this has been a really bad experience with Best Buy along with their customer service and the way they handled the situation, which made me feel they really don’t care too much, even when they made the mistake, to resolve the problem. There’s too many other businesses that will appreciate your business and not brush you off at a ridiculous situation they made themselves.. only reason for 2-stars is the lady was nice at the counter when purchasing the washer and dryer set.

The problem was located in 20 minuet and resolved with out having to return the TV.

The Geek Squad helped me determine what old cords, laptops, VHS and DVR's and a monitor were still useful or needed to be recycled. This made me feel better that those items can either be repurposed or disposed of properly. It helped that they came to my house as it was easier than dragging all of those items into the store.
