Excellent Customer Service

He found that I had purchased the wrong size memory card. HE found the right size and let me purchase it directly through him and then opened the packaging and installed it and it worked fine. He also gave me a credit for first purchase. That's what I call excellent Customer service. Give this man a raise.

Another agent who had come to fix my printer also set up the YouTubeTV app that wasn't working on my TV. He sent this agent who specialized in TVs to finish setting it up.

They were able to identify the problem, and help solve it really fast.

He gave us full and clear instruction on how to best utilize our new stereo receiver and integrated sound system which is wired throughout our home.

New Samsung Television

It took a little time but all went well and he was very patient with me. I just love the Geek Squad people that they have working there. They always come through for me.

All installation issues were resolved and a follow up appointment for a software specialist was put in place for the one remaining issue.

They call when they are on their way to my house. When they arrive they listen to what my issue is and then they fix the problem. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Geek Squad helped a lot, sales too

I had yet to make payment number one on it. Geek Squad diagnosed it and worked with Sales to get me an open book replacement with a very fair price. Happy again!!! Cheers to Best Buy, I take back my 1 star review TY

Geek squad (Jimmy Bailey) is Top Notched

Customer Service has died at Best Buy.

I had a consult over a year ago and bought half of the items as it was a pretty expensive plan. The installation was great and the equipment is perfect. But I absolutely can't get anyone to look up the plan at the Coral Springs store and finish selling and installing the rest of the plan. And I even wanted to buy more but I've been trying for well over a month. Calls not returned. Sent the wrong guy. Bounced around by customer service. Sat on hold forever. What the heck. Giving a 3 for previous service. If this doesn't turn around I'm going with a 1.

He was polite, explained the problem, and hooray fixed my computer on the spot so I was able to take it home with me. I was most concerned that it had completely collapsed.

GEEK SQUAD TO MY RESCUE!

One of the 3 remotes I need to activate my DVD player simply needed new batteries. And, he walked me through the steps I need to follow in order to watch a DVD. My technician was Dylan. He was very pleasant and patient.

He came presentable, respectful and mindful of the cleanliness and my time. He called before hand and gave me choices, was punctual, in and out in 15 mins but still able to explain everything in detail.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE AGENTS WERE FANTASTIC AND TOOK AS MUCH TIME AS WAS NEEDED.......I GUESS BECAUSE THEY CAME BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND I WAS ON THE GOLF COURSE. WHEN I GOT HOME, THEY WERE PACKING IT UP AN GAVE ME NO DIRECTIONS. AS IT TURNS OUT, THEY FORGOT TO HOOK UP OUR HEADPHONES. LONG STORY

I absolutely could not see why it did not print. the young from Best Buy, Carlos, quickly found the problem. I was impressed. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would trust the Geek Squad anytime.
