    The team came out and did a pretty good job in assessing the situation and came to the same conclusion that I did however, we were not able to fully make it work

    Chris the Geek agent was very helpful with our issues concerning the Nesr thermostat, He also helped with our printer. He explained things to us in terms that we could understand. The appointment time was within the range and we were notified just before arrival.

    Geek Squad Rep Was Wonderful!

    I had some issues with my new Samsung 50" TV, which could not be resolved over the phone. The Geek Squad visited on Oct. 11, 2022 and corrected the issues I had. The Geek Squad rep was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me some additional tips about my TV.

    Technician was knowledge, friendly, explained what the problem was, ordered parts & returned in wk to do the repairs,,,, arrived within time frame & called to inform of arrival..did a good job put back everything in place that he worked on. Very satisfied

    Dylan not only give me my new laptop, he reviewed it with me and gave me a plan to solve a completely different issue. He was patient and it's reinforced for us that having the Geek Square on our side makes a BIG difference! I don't usually give 5Stars.

    Geek Squad - 75th in Downers Grove -just awesome!

    My laptop would no longer start because of a fan issue. I checked in with Geek Squad and while I waited for them to evaluate my laptop, I went to pick out a new computer assuming I would need one. Checked back with G.S. and they had cleaned my fan and the laptop was as good as new. So grateful for them as well as Jesus in sales who was super helpful as well.

    Justin over at the Merrillville, IN location in the computer department is excellent! I was so overwhelmed with this whole process and he made is so smooth. He knew exactly what I needed before I did. He was a delight and definitely knew the products. Go see this man!!!! He needs to be put on a full time position.

    Just an excellent job, so satisfied, and so informative! Able to answer all questions, able to teach you something you did not know, would recommend to anyone, Thank you Geek squad at Best buy!! I was taught how to work my remote control, and how to keep the title in the language I speak

    The Geek installed my mini and apple tv to perfection. Not only did he do it right but fixed the mess created by the cable co. We have very poor wifi in our area and the Geek recommended a mesh router trio which totally fixed the problem.

    The Geek Squad was able to fix my connection issue in no time. However, with the increased cost of the Geek Squad's services, I will not be renewing my membership.

    Quick and Easy

    We had purchased a 70" TV for pool house and it was installed by Geek Squad last fall...it had started to tilt forward by itself...called Geek Squad and quickly got an appointment. They came out and fixed it in just a couple minutes and then showed me how to do in the future. Great guys!

    The agents called prior to their arrival to notify me that they were on the way. They were very professional and were able to take care of my problem in a timely manner. They did and EXCELLENT job and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Your employee was terrific! Very polite and helpful. I am so glad that BestBuy puts in time and money to train the right people. I would also like to say that Kory, who is helping out with installing cameras in our home for security has been nothing but excellent in working with us.

    I want to thank Tyler from Geeksquad at the Richfield location in MN. Tyler totally listened to me and addressed my concerns. When I brought the device back after it was not working still, he tested my laptop out himself and worked with me. Thanks to him, I have been able to continue my school work through the University of Minnesota! Thanks, Tyler!

    The representative found my problem and told me how to deal with it. He refunded the charge that was put on my account over the phone. He alerted me that I may need a new TV soon and I will buy if from Best Buy when I do. Thanks!
