It was mounted and connected, however it took awhile to have the streaming work and after 4 months found that I could not get the megabits I need. Wish I had know that before my purchase or at least been advised to check

Deni was able to get ALL of our devices to connect to the "deco" mesh system with three "pods" to cover our house AND pole barn 60 feet away. Even cameras purchased elsewhere. Took less than an hour and we are very pleased!

The technicians were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They called the night before to give us a time, and then again 20 minutes before they arrived. They installed my bluray quickly and also made some needed adjustments to the wiring on my tv.

Eric was fantastic - got right to the job, was efficient, and was specific about asking for the correct info when we asked questions. His responses spot on. He had the job done in less than 30 minutes. We were very confident with his service.

The agent got our video system running again after an electrical surge shut things down. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, and he quickly solved our problem.

Robert and his helper Daniel were outstanding. Pleasant. professional. Knowledgeable. Efficient. My wife loved how they conducted themselves. We were very happy with their work. This was the second time we had the Geek squad and the semis time service was exceptional.

The technician arrived on time, mounted all of my six cameras explain to me how to operate them, and was very courteous doing his whole time. They cleaned up behind them selves and left the place immaculate

The agents installed the new components I bought and verified the entire system functioned as intended. Unfortunately, the system now shuts off and restarts itself after t3n minutes of use

Set up new modem and daisy-chained 3 routers. Then made sure every TV, printer, computer, garage door openers and car interfaces were all reconnected

The Geek squad came in and set up my tv set in no time. Very well trained and kind. Needed to know all of my issues so he could fix anything I was having trouble with in regards with my tv. All was good.

The agents gave me some instructions re the tv remote. I also asked that they reorder all the cords behind the tv cabinet as they were in disarray. They were helpful.

Representative for very informative and helped us select a TV for our home. He was courteous and helped to point out certain aspects of the TVs. Kudos to him - great asset for Best Buy! Thanks for asking! He scheduled our Geek Squad Total Tech Install for us too.

I search all over for a beginner gaming pc I had no knowledge of what to get or what is best for me the guy over at best buy recommended i go with cyber power pcs and they was right I love it and they walked me through everything I needed to know about it highly recommend best buy and cyber pcs

Agent did excellent job of fixing my ROKU device. Other Geek Squad agent tried to fix it but told me I needed a new device. When new agent came to install new ROKU he was able to fix the old one. I was very pleased with his knowledge and efficiency.

Wow the service was unbelievable as the agent was so careful to make sure that I understood how to use the remote. Good old fashion service is what I received! Thank you!!!

The tech that came seemed knowledgeable and reset my TV the same as the last guy. . But he did say as the last guy did TV is going to need a mother board and he would advise who ever does that. I have NOT Heard anything???

The great agent had to take everything on my Sonos system back all the way down to the factory presets to solve the problem. Also had to run an update on my phone to access the Sonos app properly. I was ready to give up but he never did. Outstanding knowledge and service!!

I already had started and connected. I wasn't able to activate. Squad member was very helpful and even though I told him he could laugh at my ineptness, he did not:)
