    They were helpful but i had to take the soundbar and sub into the store. I felt that that since they installed it, they should have come.out to get it. Unfortunately it's still not fixed

    Excellent service delivering and setting up my new appliance. The team was very careful in removing the old appliance, unpacking the new one and bringing it in. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommend.

    Great service from the Geeks

    The Geeks did a great job of installing my TV and hooking everything up so that I'm able to use it all. I couldn't have done that myself. They did this in a short amount of time and explained everything to me.

    The tech was knowledgable, but he was supposed to have someone come and move the subwoofer from where the original crew decided to install it.

    Booking an appointment was easy and they arrived on time. The guys are friendly and helpful. They made sure that I understood what they did. If you need a TV hung be sure and get the total tech package.

    I already had started and connected. I wasn't able to activate. Squad member was very helpful and even though I told him he could laugh at my ineptness, he did not:)

    Good job setting p but had audio problems after they left,wish they would let you know approximately when they are coming,im waiting on a blue ray player setup but have no idea what day they are coming out.

    Rose, the technician who handled the call was excellent. She identified the fact thar AT&T had changed our rouyer password without telling us. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased.

    Quick Geek S problem identification and resolution

    The agents fairly quickly determined that the lack of connection for one of my new TVs stemmed from faulty internet installation from the service provider. They changed settings snd made adjustments to resolve the problem.

    Very helpful and friendly. They were amazing when it came to helping me find the perfect laptop and then extremely accommodating when it came to a return I had. Extremely pleased with the very professional customer service. Will definitely be shopping here again very soon.

    Troubleshooting for our Blu Ray Player

    Brent was the technician that came out to resolve our problem, truly he was extremely knowledgeable and well trained on the products. I would highly recommend becoming a member of the Geek Squad.

    They did their best to maximize the use of the internet in our home. Their final plan means Viasat will need to move their modem, or we need a different carrier. That decision is yet to be made - but when it is, they will finish the job.

    Javier (geek squad agent) connected my Yamaha receiver and programmed my Harmony Elite remote. He even came back the following morning to troubleshoot my Harmony Elite remote. Highly recommend the Geek Squad for home theater and audio
