    Great troubleshooting service.

    I had them come out to look at an issue with my wifi connection on an older tv. Not only was he able to fix that issue but he also fixed an issue with my subwoofer. He did a great job.

    The Geek Squad rep Larry was very thorough in troubleshooting the Arlo and eero connections and signal strength. I am going to follow his recommendation as well for better all around coverage.

    They did their best to maximize the use of the internet in our home. Their final plan means Viasat will need to move their modem, or we need a different carrier. That decision is yet to be made - but when it is, they will finish the job.

    The agent reprogramed my remote to my new TV. He also helped my download Peacock and the new TV. He explained how to get streaming on the other tvs in my home.

    Very helpful and friendly. They were amazing when it came to helping me find the perfect laptop and then extremely accommodating when it came to a return I had. Extremely pleased with the very professional customer service. Will definitely be shopping here again very soon.

    Javier (geek squad agent) connected my Yamaha receiver and programmed my Harmony Elite remote. He even came back the following morning to troubleshoot my Harmony Elite remote. Highly recommend the Geek Squad for home theater and audio

    we have a harmony remote that is not programmed properly and the representative gave us so me recommendations around it and opened our eyes to streaming instead of cable. Much appreciated.

    They set it up, connected everything and explained how to use it. They were very patient with us. We are very pleased with our new TV; however, there were more features to learn about and they were so knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with our Geek Squad.

    Knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Diagnosed and fixed my system in less than 15 minutes. I must say that it would be nice if it were possible to get a narrower service window than 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM.

    This is a review for Alex who helped me on Monday in the small appliances with my microwave. Great customer service and very helpful. He even got me to apply for the bestbuy credit card ,something I rarely do. THANKS ALEX

    Two really great Geek Squad guys helped us connect our 2 Sonos speakers, get them programmed into our phones, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

    The agents hooked up our system for security cameras. However our neighbors across the street felt the need to block them even though they were pointed and our doors and vehicles. SMH

    Trouble shoot my Samsung TV over the phone!

    HI so happy to have had the experience of over the phone troubleshooting.!! I was back to my favorite shows in about 30 minutes with customer service. Didn't have to wait 2 days for someone to show up.
