He took his time explaining everything I needed to know to use my tv. Hooked it up to my new internet service and helped me download the streaming app. Great guy!

The agents linked my new remote to my smart TV through UTube TV after we disconnected Direct TV service. They explained everything & made sure we knew how to operate the remote.
