The Agents mounted my OLED TV and connected associated devices making an extra effort to repair a damaged HDMI cable. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent level of support and service.

The guy came on time. He check my headphone. I counldn't get any sound on it. It took 4 days for the guy to come out. It was working . Don't know why I couldn.t get sound.

The Geek squad employee was on time, friendly and polite. He quick and professional he determined the problem quickly and was able to provide a permanent fix for my problem. Set up and checked my internet but the was charged $120. Thought there would be no charge if I paid for geek squad coverage

I am more than pleased with the Geek Squad. They always do a good job & explain issues weather it be a television or computer.

Since the problem was intermittent, he had to patiently keep trying until it replicated. Even then, he saiid he would add notes in the file that it could be an issue with the soundbar!

We highly recommend Geek Squad. They do a great job. Recently some re-work was needed running cables and connecting devices. They did the right thing coming back and without hassle. Much appreciated!
