    Geek Squad reconnected a device to my tv.

    The Geek squad rep reconnected my headphones to bluetooth and my tv. He was very clear in his explanation for how I can reconnect this device in the future, should I experience a problem.

    Gabriel was from the geek squad. Made everything really easy on me. Set up each camera and explain things to me which made it easy. Thanks Gabriel for being a great geek squad

    Geek Squad updated universal remote in less than 3

    I visited the Best Buy in Allen Park Michigan. Jeff was my sales associate. He did an awesome job. He took his time and reassured me that we would find a solution to my problem. He told me that he loved his job very much! I really appreciated his expertise!!!

    Had an issue with the in-ceiling and deck speakers. They quickly identified the issue and had them working smoothly in no time. They were curteous and explained what to look for should the issue arise again.

    Reliable and convenient scheduling. Tech did a great job. Sales sold me wrong parts, but Tech told me what I needed. Came back to finish the job quickly. Even moved my media cabinet.

    Disgusted with Geek squad and Best Buy

    I bought a brand new Dell tower computer with Max memory and 3 yr service contract with Geek squad 6-6-21. I dropped my Avast virus protection because Geek squad said they had a better one with the 3 yr contract. Since then I got a virus that wiped out and froze everything on my computer. I had to take it in to get it restarted and lost quite a bit of stuff. I couldn't find my Microsoft word license so I had to spend another repurchase that and all my data on Google is lost. I am pretty disgusted. I have an external drive backup and they never bothered to use it.

    Justin helped me pick out a set of headphones for driving on the go. He was patient, knowledgeable and receptive to the needs of the customer. If only all employees were like him....i will definitely be coming back...

    Bose lifestyle system repair

    Polite and helpful but the Bose system is a bit outdated and the geeks are better on newer systems. I would still highly recommend them.
