    I’m so glad I had the Geek squad help me out hanging my new 65 inch LG. They came back and help isolate my problems and make the setup better than I could!

    The two gentlemen understood that I wanted them to integrate the operation of 3 remotes - tv, cable system and audio system. They accomplished that task in a very reasonable time frame.

    The technician was helpful in setting up our t.v and wasvery nice; however, he admitted he knew little about the stereo. Suggested taking the trailer to the store.

    The individual who came out to repair our system components was highly knowledgeable and competent. He remained until all of my questions were answered and appears to fixed all of the issues.

    Chris was very professional and thorough. I feel very comfortable in having a Geek Squad member doing repairs, etc. However, I still cannot print from my phone to my HP Officejet 4620. Hmm!

    Worst experience buying a washer/ dryer!!

    I wish I could give zero stars . If you think trying to buy a PS5 from Best buy is horrible, try buying a washer and dryer! Best Buy, you've got a customer service problem. How does a company that sells electronics and hi tech gear have such terrible online servicing?! I bought a stackable washer and dryer. When I went down the line in the ordering process I ordered the parts it recommended, the protection plans, the installation and haul away services and everything. When the delivery guys came, they asked if I had the "bracket". "the what?" I said. Turns out he meant something called a "stacking kit". Something essential to stacking said "stackable" washer and dryer. Something that is mentioned absolutely nowhere on the website during the purchasing process of the appliances. How exactly would any client who isnt a washer and dryer sales person would know that? So after making me feel like an idiot for not already having the stacking kit, the driver told me I would need to reschedule. In the first rescheduling process, the woman I spoke to told me that I would need this stacking kit. When I asked why they don't just include that if it's necessary, she told me "we don't shop for our customers". WTactualF? After a few long holds, she comes back and asks me if I want to add that stacking kit to my order. The same one that inutes ago she condescendingly gave me the impression Best buy doesnt have. I felt like this person had a stroke mid conversation and was giving me an entirely different set of facts. So confusing! So then she set up that delivery. Then I got an email asking to schedule that delivery again. When I did that, the system then set up three separate appointments. One of the delivery of the washer and dryer. One a couple days later to take away my existing appliances, and a final one for the delivery of the stacking kit that would be essential for the first appointment (delivery and installation ) to even happen. Then in trying to get this cleared up and put into one delivery, I was put on hold for a total of 45 minutes on two calls... both of which resulted in dropped calls. Needless to say, no call back. i just got off the phone with my 7th geek squad person. An hour to set up a delivery and take away of my old appliance! An hour to do something that actually took only about 5 minutes. The very nice person said "I'm sorry the website was confusing". To be clear, the website wasn't confusing. I was not confused. I was lacking information. The website is pathetically lacking in information that I would have needed to know. It would have been helpful for the delivery driver since he had to come out and leave again, because your website never mentioned that a stacking kit would be necessary to stack a stackable washer and dryer. This seems like basic info you could put on your site. I'm astonished at how disfunctional this whole process was. It's almost unbelievable how many people gave me contrary information from the last person I spoke to. I still dont trust that my appointment was actually set. After this I will never give best buy another penny. Ridiculous.
