The agent troubleshooted my laptop to sinc with my printer. For some reason my printer was not reading my laptop. The agent was excellent, he gave great customer service and took the time to show me what happened.

The two gentlemen understood that I wanted them to integrate the operation of 3 remotes - tv, cable system and audio system. They accomplished that task in a very reasonable time frame.
