Post-installation assistance

Justin, who came for the re-do was terrific! He was informative, patient, and knowledgeable, and I would hope if I needed help that I would get him again.

New Firestick installed--and completely set up

He then methodically went through all the set-up steps so that it was fully functioning when he left. In principle I could have done this myself, but I appreciate having this and other related work done by expert techs who do this all the time. That's why I renewed my TotalTech subscription after this service visit.
