Tech was early and resolved the issue in under 5 minutes! Total Tech is the best investment!

Geek Squad team came into the house and immediately determined how to improve the sound AND they effectively explained it to me and loaded the link on our smart phone and Ipad.

The tech service got everything working again but it quit again. Now I have verified the HDMI connections on back of TV where bad.

Agent resolved a problem we were having with the volume on our TV. It was resolved in about 15 minutes.

Agent determined repair would be close to cost of a new TV, even though the existing unit was still reasonably new. Sold us on Totaltech service.

Agent reconnected our TV so that we had sound and picture quickly when our cable provider could not get it done.

They were able to set up the soundbar again. Everytime we loose power it takes awhile for it to come back on.

Greek Squad will not come out for small TVs. Mine is only 32". Fortunately, got a great service guy who came out anyway and was able to fix my issue in minutes. TV, itself, is a piece of crap.
