    Better Buy a Big TV

    Greek Squad will not come out for small TVs. Mine is only 32". Fortunately, got a great service guy who came out anyway and was able to fix my issue in minutes. TV, itself, is a piece of crap.

    Agent determined repair would be close to cost of a new TV, even though the existing unit was still reasonably new. Sold us on Totaltech service.

    No volumn to TV from soundbar.

    They were able to set up the soundbar again. Everytime we loose power it takes awhile for it to come back on.

    Geek Squad fixed no sound problem

    Ryan, the agent troubleshot and fixed a problem between our Sonos Beam and our TCL 4K HDR TV. The sound randomly stopped working. It hasn't happened since he fixed it.
