Greek Squad will not come out for small TVs. Mine is only 32". Fortunately, got a great service guy who came out anyway and was able to fix my issue in minutes. TV, itself, is a piece of crap.

Very professional…love Best Buy does not contract this service. I have had bad experiences with contact employees in the past when delivering.

Ryan, the agent troubleshot and fixed a problem between our Sonos Beam and our TCL 4K HDR TV. The sound randomly stopped working. It hasn't happened since he fixed it.
