Having trouble with my surround sound working with my new samsung tv. Squad identified the problem and gave left me instructions should problem reappear.

Very happy with the Geek Squad. Not happy that I'm about to make my second call to them for the same product. The squad is on time, cordial, knowledgeable and sympathetic.

They came when they said they would and help with the antenna. So far it is working fine and we are getting a little more tv stations.

It took tech 5 mins to solve my issue of sound bar not working and I was charged 149.99. I subscibe to 24/7 tech whom I called first. This is the kind og issue that should have been resplved over the phone. The in home tech did great but the on phone tech should have been able to solve this simple fix.
