    Having trouble with my surround sound working with my new samsung tv. Squad identified the problem and gave left me instructions should problem reappear.

    Simple 5 min fix

    It took tech 5 mins to solve my issue of sound bar not working and I was charged 149.99. I subscibe to 24/7 tech whom I called first. This is the kind og issue that should have been resplved over the phone. The in home tech did great but the on phone tech should have been able to solve this simple fix.
