My TV was delivered and installed recently. Very soon afterwards I noticed it had a defect. It was a relatively minor defect that could have been resolved with a 5 minute call to the store of purchase. That is impossible. Instead you are directed to a foreign based customer service line. At various times I was on hold for over 80 minutes. What was a minor issue became a major point of irritation. Please wait, we are experiencing high call volume. The in-store experience is pleasant. Personnel seem reasonably knowledgeable. But heaven help you should you need to call the store back. Why do corporations feel fit to direct everyone into their 1-800 number?

Showed up when He said he would, did the repairs, explained then to us, couldn't ask for anything more

Wife and I bought a laptop today. We were very please to have had Mr. J. Thomas. Well knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Customer service was provided to us throughout our process of the purchase.

The agents came in to troubleshoot my TV and were able to find the problem and quickly correct it.

They came when they said they would and help with the antenna. So far it is working fine and we are getting a little more tv stations.

They did a fabulous job. They helped with our connection issues- it was a complicated process! They were professional, pleasant and personable.

Having trouble with my surround sound working with my new samsung tv. Squad identified the problem and gave left me instructions should problem reappear.
