Arnell did a magnificent job in sniffing out the issue that two previous Geek Squad techs were unable to resolve.

In-home service team has been great. Lead time to get them in (55 miles from store, rural area) is insane. Had to wait minimum of 30 days from order on every occasion. Not impressed with the level of product knowledge or problem-solving abilities of the phone-based Geek Squad, however. Excessive transfers to other people, inaccurate transfers, repetitive requests on each transfer for the basic verification, long wait times, etc, until I could finally reach someone who could work through the issues with me.

Wyatt was great. He hooked up our TV and got our remote and sound bar all working. Everything was accomplished.

I had tried tech support on-line to solve problem, but not successful. Tech support came to home and took care of the problem. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

i had problems wit my denon AVR receive was not working properly I contacted the GEEK SQUAD, man they fixed my setup and when the unit was turned on, Wow my Denon never worked better, Thanks Geek Squad.

The technician (Michael) arrived at the appointed time. I was having issues with my television audio as it would not function through my sound system. After explaining the issue to him, he was able to fix the problem for me quickly. He also explained what he was doing while troubleshooting the issue. I am very happy and would recommend Michael's services to anyone! He's a very nice person!

The TVs work fine. We had to have another connection set up for Direct TV so we didn’t have to. We don’t have internet so set up would have been difficult.

The agent showed me how to plug in my sound bar. And I went out and got the correct cord. Man! My TV now works great - like it's brand new!
