Terrible Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the need to speak to customer service regarding 2 orders that I placed and didn’t go well. I called your 800 numbers numerous times and was transferred many times because the people I was connected to couldn’t help me . I felt everyone I spoke to was outsourced and found it very hard to understand them. I pay for product and service and received neither. I will do my very best to pass the word to friends and family to do business with stores with domestic qualified services. Too bad if the person reading this review is also outsourced so you can improve your profits without helping us victims.

Fantastic service, iffy product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered a Sony Bravia Master Series XBR55A9G OLED TV online. It was quick, easy and I became a total tech member. Qualified for free delivery and installation; delivery and installation were perfect, everyone from store to installers to online personnel were great. TV was everything I wanted as I was watching the price to drop almost daily for 3 years. Perfect for about 3 days. Then the TV developed a white, vertical line from top to bottom across the left third of the screen. Called to get TV exchanged as I loved the picture for the 3 days it worked. A tech had to come to the house first to confirm defect and no damage caused by me. OK. Then exchange was scheduled, but NOT the installation due to mix-up by tech. Phone rep was great and scheduled an installation for two days later (today). Two hours past scheduled time I called and found out the great phone tech never finished the order, which was why I never received a confirmation email nor phone call the day before. Phone rep very good, but she couldn't reschedule an installation until 16 days from now even if placed as a new order. Wasted day, multiple frustrations. Box looks great; hope TV works.
