TV audio sound system issue

I was having issues with my television audio as it would not function through my sound system. After explaining the issue to him, he was able to fix the problem for me quickly. He also explained what he was doing while troubleshooting the issue. I am very happy and would recommend Michael's services to anyone! He's a very nice person!

Geek Squad installed Disney+

Setting up of soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Soundbar set up to my satisfaction (I did feel that I shouldn't have been charged for the instillation of the soundbar as I originally paid the instillation charge of $99.00 and the soundbar which was covered under warranty had to be sent back for repair) Being a best buy member I felt that this fee should have been waived

Home theater system went out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After downloading upgrade to my amplifier, system went out. Suggestion of unplugging cable box and amplifier and then replugging them allowed entire system to reboot. Problem solved.

Roku installation and update of interface with TV

( I was unable to step up above my fireplace and get behind the TV set to do the installation myself) Kasey patiently showed me a whole new set of things I didn't know about my smart TV and how to navigate more quickly and easily between the apps and switching over to Roku easily! Should I need any additional tech services or trouble shooting, I will most definitely request Kasey --- he's the BEST of the technician I've come across so far using Geek Squad services.

GREEK SQUAD fixes it every time .
