    The agents resolved some problems with color quality and the sound from our soundbar. But after they left the remote that they worked on would not turn on the TV. Had to call Xfinity to resolve the issue.

    Unfortunately the Tech assigned to me was not very knowledgeable on Linksys WiFi Mesh Nodes outside of replace them or turn on/turn off. The nodes seem to be randomly dropping internet, and based on symptoms I’d have figured they would have known what the issue is.

    Without spending much time analyzing our TV, the tech’s (2) announced that we would have to buy a new TV rather than spend the money it would take to repair ours. Their customer satisfaction rating would fall less than the 3 above. Seemed like all they wanted to do was get our of here!
