The agents set up my mesh net system and trouble diagnosed problems with the surround sound system

The two young men were very helpful and I appreciated them. Unfortunately of my problems could not be addressed by them.

Professional and knowledgeable technician, was polite and efficient at resolving my issue.

The agent did the same thing he did the first time, rurn the surround sound back on. I wanted the system replaced because that was the SECOND time it went out, but was told by a representative on the phone it has to be serviced three times! Ridiculous! No one has time to keep making appointments for repair!!!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices including my cell phone

He got my streaming services working and straightened out problems with internet connection, passwords, etc.

The Geek personnel tested my projector and receiver and determined that my HDMI cord was defective. Since it is buried in a finished wall, they suggested that I pick up a wireless unit, which I did, and it works fine.

The sound is awesome and feels as though I’m in a theater the installers were very courteous and answered all my questions honestly they were on time and went above and beyond to make sure the sounds quality was to my satisfaction The service rep Gregory whom I spoke with to set everything up was of a quality I haven’t experienced in a long time with service reps He is in a class by himself for his help and the reassurance he gave me concerning the product and because of this I’m truly satisfied

The technician reviewed the Surround sound set up. Made some changes and it was working well for a fee weeks. However it has quit working again.
