    It's a shame that you can't give zero stars. I ordered a dryer with installation June 29, 2021 which was scheduled for delivery on July 6th between 12-8pm. I'm so glad I took the time off from work for a NO call NO show, absolutely horrible! So, I call customer service and wait an hour to get someone only to get disconnected when they placed me on hold. I then call back and this time enter for a call back. Once I received the call back, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to answer. I then explained my situation only for the lady to say she needs to send me to another department. I then waited 30 minutes on hold for another woman to tell me she doesn't think the dryer was in stock. Okay, so if the dryer was never in stock, do you think maybe someone could of called and let me know so I didn't stare out the window all day like a puppy in a window? Worst customer service ever. I have 4 kids and they love electronics, too bad we'll never set foot in a Best Buy again.
