    Outside contractor for Geek Squad.

    My service was for a RING appliance that your contractors installed some time ago that has never worked right. We had at least 3 visits after that and still not cleared up. This last visit at least installer told us what to buy and we have purchased it. You need to come back to install it.

    I didn't want to put even 1 star. To say Poor customer service - mean to say nothing. It's horrible. I bought black stainless still dishwasher and they could scheduled delivery and installation only in a 3 weeks. And this will be acceptable, if in those 3 weeks installer delivered and installed Stainless steel dishwasher ( what in about $150 cheaper, than I bought). He said *sorry. Somebody will contact with you today about reinstallation*. After that started story about what, probably I can write a novel. If you thinking that to reach Best Buy customer service easy - you are wrong. Locations of Customer services everywhere in the world (probably seems like except USA). And they like following some kind of protocol: *sorry somebody will contact with you within 24 - 36 hours. You Case #...*. After that definitely nobody calling you and you need to spend again hours and hours on the phone. I have about 6 different Cases # and big list of names with whom I talk. Finally I have a promises (so far - not sure if it'll happened) for delivery and installation in 3 weeks. So it means that, MAYBE (at least hopefully) I'll have my dishwasher only 2 months after actual purchase. To contact with Best Buy Corporate office with compliant Impossible, as is web site doesn't have phone # and Customer services offices saying that they doesn't know that. Web site doesn't have any link to send complaint.
