Not what we needed

We feel that perhaps the sound bar would be better with an additional speaker. Their only option seem to be to purchase a Different sound bar that would have a compatible speaker. One of the technicians was very helpful, the other one seemed in a hurry.

Contradicting time scheduling

The only thing I do not like is when you schedule an appointment for them to come out. They give you a set between time. After you hang up that time changes from what they gave you at the beginning. That gets a little frustrating to deal with.
