    Very very very very bad customer service. The agents know nothing, I don’t know how they are working in this field. They don’t know how to talk to the customers. I had the agent women and she was rude and not polite. I asked her to transfer me to the supervisor and she just hang out the phone call so I had to call them again and wait for 30 min until someone took the phone. I hope the managers are going to take care and fire those rude agents because they don’t deserve to work in there . One suggestion, if you hiring someone please hire nice and polite person not those people who don’t know how to act and don’t know how to talk to the customers or any person. Many agents just transferring many and many times to other ones , some of them saying different things like you can come to the store and fix the tv, and then the other agent can say -no , you cannot. Can’t understand and don’t know who to believe. You should put customers in the first place and then think twice about saying something rude. Very bad experience, won’t never and ever buy anything from Best Buy and will tell others to not buy from this company. So bad experience!
