    Geek Squad issue

    I went to the first Best Buy store to buy a 14" Macbook Pro. There was an employee helping a customer. I waited for him and once he was done I approached him and to my surprise he said that he clocked out and he can not help me. few minutes later another employee approached me and I bought a 1T 14'' Macbook since that was the only thing available in stock. My main concern was to transfer the Data from the old computer to the new computer because it is for a college student. Next day I brought both computers so they can transfer the data. This time I went to the Store on Lavista road instead of Mall of GA. I asked for a case cover for the computer and the employee pointed at a corner and said that they might be there. Then I went to Geek squad to transfer the Data and they said I need to make an appointment, then bring them both computers and leave them with them for 4 days. I told him I can't because it is for a college student. He gave me an excuse of warranty, frustrated with his stupid answer, I went to the store on Pleasant Hill Road. They had an open box 14" 512 GB, so I returned the 1T and bought the 512. I went to the Geek squad to transfer the Data and the story now is that I have to leave it overnight because transferring Data from a Macbook to a Macbook takes a long time. I was so upset because of the attitude those guys have so I went to a small shop on Jimmy carter and asked them to transfer the Data. 40 minutes Later I had all the Data on the new computer with no excuses.
