    Just had to cancel (refund?) my pre-order of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. My wife called and placed the pre-order back on March 28th. The whole process took her an hour and a half on the phone. Red flag # 1. She doesn't drive so she made sure this order would be shipped to our house. In Wisconsin. The dork from Best Buy assured her multiple times that it would be shipped to us. She verified our address with him multiple times. Come to find out today that we haven't received it yet because he placed the order for store pickup. In Maryland. In case you missed it up above, we live in Wisconsin. After much back and forth with the BB rep on the phone today, during which he reeeeeaaally tried pinning their screw up on us, we just canceled the order and will just get it from Amazon. In two days. In Wisconsin. Minus the steel book pre-order bonus that was the whole reason for ordering from BB in the first place. But at least we won't have to drive to Maryland to pick it up. Thanks for nothing Best Buy, and enjoy your continued decent into total irrelevance.

    Estimated wait time is completely wrong

    I called into customer service. They said it was a 6 minute wait. I've been on hold for over 45 mins at this point. They really need to update their system estimated hold times. This isn't the 1st time the estimates are way off. I'm giving them an extra star because when I do finally get through they try to answer my questions. My issues still haven't been full solved.

    Terrible delivery and washer experience

    Best Buy rescheduled a pick up and drop off for a new washer that I bought from them twice and made me lose 2 days of work for which they failed to deliver and now I have to take a 3rd day off because they couldn't deliver the first 2 times. I bought the washer from them thinking they would handle everything great and be on point, which I was totally wrong. The first washer I bought from them is scratched and dented from the front. If I knew it was going to be this bad I was better off buying it used. I went to Best Buy thinking I was going to get A brand new washer, but instead it looks like I got a used beat up washer. not impressed and not happy at all with the service and washer I got.

    Very bad customer service I placed the order on April 8 10 minutes after placing the order I canceled it the computer show me cancel the next day which was April 9 and bill me anyway Than I called customer service the person I talked to keep giving me the run around after 35 minutes with him He requested a supervisor being a manager then a manager gave me a false manager name then telling me that the manager was going to call me back a supervisor called me back saying they do not have any manager about that name say that she was going to pull record and coach him on that that still doesn’t handle my issue today I called back and now finding out that I was charge for shipping was not supposed to be charge for shipping customer service hung up on me three times been on the call for over 45 minutes I am frustrated never never will I order anything from Best Buy again

    Don't ever buy the extra geek squad help. Been trying for a week to get my old memory downloaded unto my new computer through geek squad. Everytime i get someone, they can't speak or understand English. The last person I was talking to was in the country of Columbia. I set up appointments for work to be done and then later they send me an email canceling appointment. As i am writing this review I'm waiting on the phone for over 37 minutes. They just came back on the phone to repeat to me, my wrong address for the third time. I just hung up. Never had anything this bad before. Remember you have been warned.

    Would be a zero but didnt give me the option. I bought a computer 5 months ago the battery would no longer hold a charge called geek squad and set an appointment but was told I could drop it off before of I gave them the info since I had someplace to be. I already knew it was going to have to be sent off for repair. When I got to the store the geek squad manager told me if I dropped it off and wasn't there when I was called they would recycle my computer even though I was told I could drop it off. After trying to explain to him that it was just a battery issue he just kept reading off them same thing over and over again without actually listening to anything I said. I then dropped it off at another store and was in and out in under 10 minutes, kudos to the Chesterfield store. After several attempts to call the corporate offices to complain about this manager, even after taking my number in case we got disconnected, I was hung up on more than a few times. I never raised my voice at them one time. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars at Best Buy though out the years, but will no longer spend one more dime there whatsoever.

    I'm not reviewing Geek Squad, rather Best Buy as a whole. They have really gone down hill. I've recently purchased a refrigerator and a TV from them. First, you aren't able to speak with anyone in the store. Second, online said they had a TV in stock. I purchased said TV online so my wife could pick it up next day on her way home from work. I called customer service (I use this term loosely), waited on hold for 10 minutes to eventually speak to a rep. She said they don't have any in stock. I asked her how we can fix this? She asked me to hold, and transferred me into another phone tree where the wait time was 15 minutes. I haven't needed to purchase anything from BB in about 3 years, but things have drastically changed. This will likely be my last purchase from them due to the lack of customer service.

    Not a great place to do business

    Best Buy has failed me as a customer and does not care about the full customer experience. I had now two failed deliveries, one they said was a no fit and the second they damaged the items and sent the “wrong” item. After the delivery team left we noticed to top it off they did not set up our side kick pedestal. After calling Best Buy they wanted me to wait 24 hours and call back because the truck was not finalized yet. I spoke with a supervisor that assured me that she would call me back and set up my exchanges and three days later I heard nothing. I am currently on the phone with Best Buy processing a full return because no supervisor is available because they are in a planned “meeting”. If a meeting is more important then a customer, I do not want to do business with you.

    Not the service. The installers were fast and efficient. Best Buy gave me the name and number of the wrong installers (Overstreet Installation). That was NOT the company that came out. I wanted to clarify BEFORE delivery that I wanted my microwave vented through the ceiling (the ductwork is in place). They said they would have to charge me $200 more after paying $148 initially (making the installation more than the price of the microwave). Don't count on Best Buy to answer any of you questions correctly. They just want you off the phone. Use your own installers.

    Another screwed up delivery

    They were suppose to deliver a stackable washer and dryer today to me that I purchased back in June. The delivery people call to say they are on there way speaking in a language I could not understand....and finally was get some of what they were saying and that was they only have a washer no dryer...they could not tell me where the dryer was. I refused the washer and it has been a nightmare trying too talk to anyone in upper management to find out what is going on. I call geek squad only to get an agent on the phone again that can not speak very clear English...and I ask to speak to manager and informs me there are no managers or supervisors now I have a hard time believing that one... This is the 3rd appliance order they have screwed up on me since June...but it will be the last one because I would never buy another appliances at best buy and I recommend you think twice before you do...there delivery people are rude and have no respect for other peoples property.

    They are a bunch of liers, they say one thing to sell you the extended warranty and them when you need it they tell you a totally different thing. When I buy my watch they offered me the extended warranty telling me that it something happened just bring it to a store and the will replace it, not true, my watch wrist bad broke and the speaker, they took my watch and told me they will send me a new one not true, they suppose to send it to my house as promised because I live in different state and t they write it on the receipt, not true I have to send a friend to pick it up, and they just fix the speaker but don't replace the wrist band. I will never buy again in this place full of lies. Amazon it's the way to go.

    Bad Customer Service

    Hello. I was contacted by customer service via text and phone that I had a possible fraudulent issue via text and then a phone call. To make sure it was really Best Buy I contacted the number on the back of my credit card. That number didn't work. I went online to my account and used the phone number there, and that didn't work. I decided to contact the number on the phone message, waited 15 minutes and then the automated system told me to call another number. However, I couldn't get to my phone in time to write down the number and the automated system hung up on me. I went on my online account and as the primary I don't have access to designate my card as stolen or request a new card. The secondary contact on this account was also contacted before me for some reason I found out there was an issue. No email was sent either and text and email are preference. It seems Best Buy/Citibank doesn't want my business and my time, so it's time to move on.

    What happened to Best Buy Geek Squad Service?

    This is a review of your new phone service system. Not the Geek Squad Repair Technicians. Your phone system is aweful. I’ve been transferred 4 times, even talked with someone from Guatemala, dropped call and no one called me back, no technician to talk with after holding 45 minutes and trying 5 times, given a figure for a service charge and told as a geek squad member I would get a discount($136 total and tax) no discount, no receipt, charged for a service appointment without knowing the date and time, lastly given a time frame a 5 days away and a 12 hour time frame. So disappointing. No longer any advantage to using Best Buy.

    Polk sound bar

    We had our sound bar a Polk Audio one for a couple of years and we could not get it to work correctly. The Geek Squad agents came over and setup our TV to match the sound bar and we thought it was fixed. Same problems returned, popping and crackling sounds.

    i bought a LG dryer and it happen to be defected, I went to the store and I talked to the customer service and they exchanged for me, then the 2nd unit was defected too, so I call them before the 15 days and they said that they will send a tech. to look at it and the schedule the service, the tech said that the unit is defected and need to be exchange and someone will contact me for that so, I wait but no one call, so I called them they hang up 3 times on me then they said that my 15 days are end and I have to contact LG ans the refuse to do anything.

    Purchased 4/9 $404 an Epson ET 3710 after consulting with sakes staff for purpose of inkjet heat transfer was advised the ET 3710 would complete this task even though i was after the ET 2720 for my sons Birthday on April 23rd. Never opened only because my son on April 23rd said ET 3710 will not utilize heat transfer sheets after pulling up best buy review online states no after contacting Epson personally No but Epson shipping us a ET 2720 . However after attempt to return to Best Buy was advised they would not refund even though the purpose of this printer was by far misguided by their staff so a devastated birthday kid stuck with a $404 printer he can't utilized, while he spent his birthday funds to buy the ET 2720 from Epson arriving tomorrow. Item wasn't even opened until their staff opened it. Absolutely NOT impressed and will never support this store again. Choose this store as I know they supported the food banks locally helping the community but this poor service!

    Ordered new xbox online after hours and hours of waiting and finally I made it , my son was super super happy, we should receive text message or email for item ready to pickup but next day they send me text for cancel order, I call the customer service 3 times first time they said the supervisor will call me back and it's never happened and the second time they give me cause number and told me give this number to sugar land store they will give you the new xbox , when i visit the store they never help me and they didn't answer to my questions they just want me to leave the store it's really was disappointing I will cancel my credit card and never buy from best buy again also I believe they are bad buy not best buy

    Just worst customer service 2 trips to local best buy store to purchase a computer first trip sales had less knowledge than myself struggling with answers and left me wondering why. 2nd trip was to make purchase after doing research and was told have it but still on truck being unloaded and price had changed. So I simply made purchase online for next day delivery and then once order was confirmed was given a delivery date 2 weeks out. Nobody could give me answers and so I cancelled order and will buy local from locally owned store. Also cancelled order for a Fridge as I will purchase from a local store as well. Lived without Best Buy in my life before and don't need them now ! ! !

    This is the first experience I had that was disappointing. Julien the supervisor of the customer service department was extremely rude while I reached out about concerns to my account. He kept cutting me off as I explained my confusion with the payment balance on my account and was extremely condescending throughout the conversion. However, when I requested to speak with another supervisor they were much more helpful and polite. Lexi was great and demonstrated quality customer service. Thank you!
