    Sub Woofer adjustment

    I thought the sub woofer was not emitting sound. 2 young men from the Geek Squad came and checked it out. Was told the sound was "normal" but that they could "tweek" it to make it a little better. The "tweek" took only a few minutes and has made all the difference in how high I have to set the volume when watching TV. Great Job!

    Fantastic! Bought a tv and speakers for my mom. Had some issues with install. Enrolled in the annual Geek Squad and everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

    The guys were great fixed my TV mount and adjusted my universal remote. All is working well. They really are sharp and explain things well.

    I reached for help after losing an important Excel file, hoping that someone more expert could help me retrieve/restore it. Two levels of BB assistance helped, but ultimately, it was determined that the file no longer existed. I appreciated the effort and patience from the BB team.

    canceled service as store we visit was closed for remodeling was going to take about 2 weeks for them to be able to come out to look at TV to even see if it could be repaired. So we decided to just purchase new one. and would of taken about 2 weeks for them to come out to set it up we did that too. They were backed no as no in store activity was allowed. Otherwise they have great service.

    I had my tv's mounted by Best Buy. The first person was very good. The second person wasn't from Geek Squad but a contractor he didn't hide the wires. Then the next LG TV was delivered and hung but they did not get the operation properly and Best Buy sent their person out to fix the problem. Everything is now working I recommend them.

    I know this sounds like an easy install but I had Best Buy install 7 new TV's for me but one TV I had still at home was going to be used for getting 1 local channel that was not available thru my Apple TV/Direct TV settings. Sounds like an easy install with a HD antenna. Well I could not get it to receive any channels. The Best Buy rep figured out the issue with a setting built in on the TV and got it to work. I never would've gotten that figured out. He was in and out within 1/2 hour. Gret job.

    i had problems wit my denon AVR receive was not working properly I contacted the GEEK SQUAD, man they fixed my setup and when the unit was turned on, Wow my Denon never worked better, Thanks Geek Squad.

    As I have come to expect from the Geek Squad, agent Josh got my tv up and running again. Because of some issues with my WIFI provider, this took a lot of time and patience on his part. He did not leave until the problems(s) were solved, and he was extremely patient , not only with me, but with the WIFI personnel on the phone.
