I connected wires and got it all set up but wasn't pleased with the way everything worked. I had to use 5 different remotes to navigate through various sites and the surround sound wasn't correct. I called and set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to come and get it operating in better shape. They were on time, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Two remotes does the job now and the surround sound is back. So glad I called.

Sound Bar Volume Issue

The solution was not straightforward (at least for me) because several parameters needed to be set correctly in order to be compatible. The technicians (2) quickly resolved my problem and taught me a couple of new "tricks" as well. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased with the service.

Geek Squad hanging my TV's
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had my tv's mounted by Best Buy. The first person was very good. The second person wasn't from Geek Squad but a contractor he didn't hide the wires. Then the next LG TV was delivered and hung but they did not get the operation properly and Best Buy sent their person out to fix the problem. Everything is now working I recommend them.
