Horrible

Made one order with Best Buy canceled it because they messed up and the installer was very unprofessional! I thought if I went into the store and reordered it would go differently I was wrong. Kept putting off the delivery I asked for a different installer because he was very unprofessional the first time... the second order was being installed by the first one. All together a huge inconvenience and mess! Ended up canceling the order and most definitely won’t ever order do business with Best Buy again.

Best buy location in Gilbert
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered an unlocked phone as a birthday gift, it arrived and I was told it was the wrong one, the screen was too small for the older women to see, so I returned it and was going to buy a more expensive one at that exact same time and Best Buy would not remove the restocking fee. The item was never used, never turned on, in all the original packaging it arrived in and they could make an additional $100 on an upsell. What a disappointment. I just returned the phone. Either way they were getting $45 for nothing.

Call Center Bad Experience

I called yesterday and your call goes to a call center. First off the second person tried his best to get me to give him my bank card information??that was freaky. I have the yearly Geek Squad plan. None of the 5 people at the call center helped me it was 2 hours of torture. Finally I got a lady in CA that immediately made me an appointment. Best Buy you need to rethink the call center and let each store make their own appointments. You are really hurting your business experience by taking that away from individual stores. Such a terrible experience.

Poor warranty follow-up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent well over an hour two times trying to factory service on a washer I purchased from Best Buy Finally on the second try I got a service tech, who kept me on the phone over 30 minutes checking this and that. Finally an appointment was made for 5/11/21 between the hours of 7-1. Nobody showed. I got back with Best Buy and was told no service appt was made, even though I has a work order. This is louse service and poor customer relations. Personally I will not do business with Best Buy in the future I suggest you consider same.

I will never shop at Best Buy again. Your agents are rude and only looking to get off of the phone or chat as quickly as possible without resolving issues.

Irritated to the Max

Their e-gift cards are hard to access and a horrendous joke! Purchased a sound bar with an e-gift card I can't access. So, I will be returning the sound bar and buying the home theater package from Costco. Best Buy has lost my respect and any future business because their company has become absolute crap.

Cancel a Pandoratrial couldn't help

I tried to cancel my Pandora free trial per Pandora's instruction. I set up a Best Buy account and went to subscriptions and it indicated that I didn't have any. The only number I could find for customer service calls was apparantly the Geek squad number. After bouncing me around to 4 departments a gal with a foreign accent who didn't even know what Pandora was, told me I had to go to the store where I purchased my ear buds. This is very poor service. While it may not be a Geek Squad issue it is very frustrating to deal with a uninformed person on the frontline of you customer service.

Unprofessional as anyone I havee ever seen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife bought a Nintendo switch for our grandsons for Christmas, the salesman wrote down the wrong address. It went back with the courier. I scrambled and found one and paid for it at Bestbuy Moorseville. They did give me a refund on 12/26/20, Only to take it out of my checking acct 4 days later. DO NOT GO TO THE BEST BUY at Concord mills in NC. But to be honest I think appropriation of funds with authorization is a Federal offense I went to give them a chance to make it right only to be treated like a second class citizen. I, nor anyone I know should go in this store ever. I do want to thank the people at the Moorseville store for being so nice.

Best Buy Home Delivery Sucks

Delivery availability is not there until weeks away. The delivery window so wide, and if you miss the phone call when the delivery team arrives they leave.

Don’t buy the warranty

They came in and were in a hurry to install and leave because I was their 13 to h customer. They scratched my floor and I can’t get anyone to fix it. You are better off installing your own purchase because Bestbuy doesn’t stand by the out source company they hire!

Repeated No Shows of installation subcontractors

I had to call to track status. After complaint call to Best Buy, Installation Tech texted over 4 hours after initial appointment window to reschedule appointment. Second appointment day/time came and went - NO SHOW, no call, no text, AGAIN. Home tech subcontracted services are unreliable and unprofessional. Had I known Best Buy would subcontract out the installation, I would not have purchased product.

Horrible customer service!

I was a few minutes late due to a snow storm and having to wait in line for 5 minutes. Their system “removed” our appt and the guy treated us as if we were dumb. He didn’t offer any sort of solution. Didn’t try to see if he had another availability or anything. We ended up leaving and told him we’ll have our screen replaced elsewhere. Good job on losing the company $330!

I go to the store and get told that they don't do such a thing. Why lie? I don't understand. Get a better anti bot system in place. All your product sells out unless than a second.

Clueless Customer Service

Called multiple occasions and was told there was an issue in their system sending the codes to emails. Talked to a 'Code Master' and he stated, "give the system 48-hours and the code will be sent to your email". Called back today and was informed that there is no given time frame. Thanks support!

Rude Customer Service

I needed a service added to an existing appointment. Agent would not add the service and did not look up times for another appointment. Just said it would be another month before another appointment would be available. I asked to leave a review for the agent's service, and the agent ended the chat.

Treadmill Delivery and Installation

Date for delivery of a treadmill change six times with no explanation. Delivery could not be aligned with installation so item will sit outside for three days since too large to bring in house uninstalled. 45 minute wait to discuss situation with a service agent who could care less. Good luck is you depend on Best Buy for delivery and installation of anything!!!!
