Geek squad is so reliable!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent kept me posted on his arrival, was very professional, neat, knowledgeable and more importantly friendly and respectful which let me feel safe. An obstacle worth mentioning was that the mount I ordered from Best Buy was not a good fit for the tv to mount on. Instead of packing up & having me reschedule for a tech to return he called a colleague to see if he has stock in his truck. Turns out he did; dropped it off and my agent completed the job same day. Thank you, Best Buy for hiring quality employees.

Lost Excel file

Two levels of BB assistance helped, but ultimately, it was determined that the file no longer existed. I appreciated the effort and patience from the BB team.

Replaced our TV with a new model for $49.00
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In May, 2022, the Geek Squad came to our house and installed a new TV, antenna on the roof, and a DVD player, to our satisfaction. In January 2024, the TV would not display captions so we called the Geek Squad. They came out but could not repair it and began the process to replace the TV. The new tv was installed on 2/14/2024 and we're very happy.

Geek Squad installed 'Closed Captioning' fast!

Sonos Issue Resolved
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sonos app couldn't connect to our new fiberoptic internet so the system stopped working. Geek Squad guys fixed that and set up the system components. All good except they put sound bar, bass and 2 surround speakers all together as 1 device. We can't control any of them individually now, i.e. turn down just the speakers. I'll have to go back into the app and try to fix that. Otherwise, good job.

Knowledge, Patience, and Kindness!

Because of some issues with my WIFI provider, this took a lot of time and patience on his part. He did not leave until the problems(s) were solved, and he was extremely patient , not only with me, but with the WIFI personnel on the phone.

Great trouble shooting on my projector.

Since it is buried in a finished wall, they suggested that I pick up a wireless unit, which I did, and it works fine.
