    The agent set up my Fire Stik and connected my HBO Max service. Was unable to get connection on my own....not computer savvy.

    Sub Woofer adjustment

    I thought the sub woofer was not emitting sound. 2 young men from the Geek Squad came and checked it out. Was told the sound was "normal" but that they could "tweek" it to make it a little better. The "tweek" took only a few minutes and has made all the difference in how high I have to set the volume when watching TV. Great Job!

    Replaced our TV with a new model for $49.00

    In May, 2022, the Geek Squad came to our house and installed a new TV, antenna on the roof, and a DVD player, to our satisfaction. In January 2024, the TV would not display captions so we called the Geek Squad. They came out but could not repair it and began the process to replace the TV. The new tv was installed on 2/14/2024 and we're very happy.

As written in a previous review, this gentleman showed true professionalism and total knowledge in every aspect of his work in my home, that should have been done from the start with the original Geek Squad setup by the North Olmsted store.     We purchased a new VERY LARGE SCREEN TV and had the GEEK SQUAD install it with our existing speakers. These individuals are amazing. We watch 2 movies every night and LOVE THIS TV. THANKS GEEK SQUAD
