Geek Squad delivery was excellent. Beautiful service and the television is great!

Mine was a simple problem, but one I could not figure out. They did, in less than five minutes.

My internet extendor stopped working and Geek squad came out to repair it. They installed a Eero extendor which works much better. Expensive ($350.00) but worth it and has not failed me yet. Great service, fast, and quality.

These “Geeks” are amazing. My computer whiz grandson brought in a thingamadig that just wouldnt work on his gaming system and in 10 minutes it was fixed and we were out the door. And this isn’t the first time they have come to the rescue. I use them for everything-surround sound and giant tv installation, quirky computer problems, you name it. My generation couldn’t do without these bright, knowledgeable tech warriors!!!

The sound is awesome and feels as though I’m in a theater the installers were very courteous and answered all my questions honestly they were on time and went above and beyond to make sure the sounds quality was to my satisfaction The service rep Gregory whom I spoke with to set everything up was of a quality I haven’t experienced in a long time with service reps He is in a class by himself for his help and the reassurance he gave me concerning the product and because of this I’m truly satisfied

Scheduled a little visit in home to tweak the new TV setup I got in November and then I was going to call it off but I got a call from the tech ahead of time and they told me what I needed to know over the phone. Double plus good. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was wondering about and saved us both a truck roll and time. Trying to cancel my appointment was a bit difficult, though. The website needs adjusted to accommodate easier cancelation for appointments.

The agents mounted and installed 6 TVs and also the Sonos sound system. They were extremely professional and very helpful in explaining how all the systems worked. I highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad service person found a loos cable wire and got our new streaming box to work with the TV, He also showed us how to get NetFlix direct thru our TV remote On Demand. Service was prompt and very courteous.

Sonos app couldn't connect to our new fiberoptic internet so the system stopped working. Geek Squad guys fixed that and set up the system components. All good except they put sound bar, bass and 2 surround speakers all together as 1 device. We can't control any of them individually now, i.e. turn down just the speakers. I'll have to go back into the app and try to fix that. Otherwise, good job.

Geek Squad service person arrived, asked where the problems were located, and then went right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was efficient, effective and very professional. when he completed the work, he wanted to know if we had any questions. He also showed what to do if the issue came up again.

The technician new what he was doing and completed his work prompttly.
