We are wondering how high the costs will be to have this service in the future! The Geek Squad is great so please retain this service -- especially for us old retired folks who are not so techy anymore!

When I lost control of my TV, Andy reset all of the functions, installed Roku, which has saved me several dollars every month. I love the EERO Wi-Fi system throughout my large two-story home. I plan to buy a computer from Best Buy because I know the quality of the service I will receive. I am very pleased that I enrolled In a Best Buy membership.

Geek Squad installed 'Closed Captioning' fast!

Geek squad check the software update to ensure WIF

He recommended that I check the update next week to confirm its WIFI connection again. It’s been an educational experience to me.

Geek squad tech worked throughly.

The receiver wouldn’t connect with the sound bar. He suggested getting a new sound bar. So we ended up purchasing a new Samsung stereo system from Best Buy with the exact same components. I was glad he worked for as long as he did!
