    I have a favorite Geek Squad man….his name is Andy. When I lost control of my TV, Andy reset all of the functions, installed Roku, which has saved me several dollars every month. I love the EERO Wi-Fi system throughout my large two-story home. I plan to buy a computer from Best Buy because I know the quality of the service I will receive. I am very pleased that I enrolled In a Best Buy membership.

    Geek Squad service person arrived, asked where the problems were located, and then went right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was efficient, effective and very professional. when he completed the work, he wanted to know if we had any questions. He also showed what to do if the issue came up again.

    Ben is such a professional, does great work, and offered new ideas that made my purchase even better. I got to upgrade to the 4K Apple TV, and Ben installed and instructed use. I’m very pleased!

    The technician from Geek Squad worked for a long time to resolve our issue with our Samsung surround sound small speakers in the back. The receiver wouldn’t connect with the sound bar. He suggested getting a new sound bar. So we ended up purchasing a new Samsung stereo system from Best Buy with the exact same components. I was glad he worked for as long as he did!

    The agent arrived within the scheduled window of time. He was very professional in his demeanor and manner of communication. He was able to quickly figure out what the problem was with my mounted television, rectify the issue and teach me what to do should it happen again. It was an excellent customer service experience.

    The trouble shooter was very helpful in explaining the problem with the TV. The problem was diagnosed but not yet resolved. The problem so far is diagnosed as not being the TV. Cox has serviced our lines and connections. Everything seems to be in order. We installed a new cable box, and the problem still exists. We will replace the cable box again, but that is a very big inconvenience as we have many programs DVR'D. We won't be replacing the cable box immediately.
