Geek Squad corrected my DVD Audio

He was patient with me, understood what I was saying and replied so I could understand. I had other questions about my entertainment system that he happily complied with and answered my questions. Making sure we were on the same path.

Geek Squad set up myerro

Very efficient

The geek squad service fixed it right away by remote access. Installed additional drivers and now works well.

Removal of old Speakers, could not buy new

I went to the store to purchase a pair of Sony column spears. The order fell through because Best Buy would not deliver them because the speaker delivery was not authorized. Best buy Lost a sale.

Great trouble shooting on my projector.

Since it is buried in a finished wall, they suggested that I pick up a wireless unit, which I did, and it works fine.
