TV went down visio 58”’MQ series, took them a week ( only appointment they had sooner) but hey I understand ( the world doesn’t revolve around me) two hours later called the number they gave me ( this was a Friday) by Wednesday my new tv was in house and really only had to pay for new warranty and the new TCL Q7 65 was also on sale didn’t hurt either

The guys were great but committed to recommend a fix/replacement option to our outside volume control for our outside speakers. Told us not to use the outside speakers until they solved this issue. Never heard back and have not had music outdoors since :-(

I had the best against from the Geek Squad come out to help troubleshoot an issue I was having with my tv. He also set up my streaming apps and showed me how to use them. He also figured out how and showed me how I can use my tv remote to make my dvd player work since old batteries ruined the remote for my dad player. Qamar was the best! (I hope I spelled his name correctly)
