    We are very happy with our Samsung 55 inch smart tv. The picture is crystal clear and bright. The sound is also good. The picture when watching Netflix is also clear. We would highly recommend this tv.

    The Geeks did an excellent job finding my tv/sound bar problem and resolving the issue. I would never have been able to do it myself.

    The agents reviewed my problem which was my tv was too old to accomodate the Roku stick, they promptly picked up a new tv and installed it with Roku and were very helpful in helping me access my old passwords. They never mentioned that I was too old to solve this problem on my own. Many thanks to Jose Castro of the Farmington,NM store for coming to my rescue more than once. My review score is outstanding!!!

    The person who consulted with us gave us great ideas about what to get for our apartment regarding TV's and sound system. The installers were supposesd to come between 8-12 and arrived at 1:30. They didn't have enough time to finish before our apt building made them leave at 4PM. The main TV is amazing as is the Sonos sound system but we have had issues with the second TV. Geek squad came to fix it but weren't able to fix it. Now we are waiting for them to recommend a replacement but they are very busy and we have to wait. Definitely a mixed review.

    We have subscribed to the Geek Squad program for several years. When we needed their services for set-ups, repairs or technical support they always came through. Their technical knowledge is awesome. We will always subscribe to the program. We purchase items from Best Buy because of the help we receive from the Geek Squad.

    This was the first time I purchased a FireTV, and I couldn't pair it with the internet service. That led to Spectrum deciding the modem/router were out-of-date; however, the new equipment didn't resolve the issue, and the Spectrum help desk decided it was an issue with the TV. Enter the Geek Squad, who found an issue with the instructions Spectrum had given me. Great experience with Geek Squad, bad with Spectrum!!

    This is my second service call arising from my Apple TV 4K. Both have been knowledgable and have improved parts of my TV and networking system. Unfortunately the newest Apple TV 4K is proving to be the worst Apple product I have ever bought from BestBuy. In the process, they did upgrade my cable modem and saved me hours of time with Breezeline.
