Service Interuption

Two members of the Geek Squad came on a Sunday morning (!) and resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. Turned out to be a default setting in the ATT equipment. The guys were very professional and informative. I would certainly recommend them.

Professional quick service!

Geek Squad Diagnosed and Solved the Problem!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a novice when it comes to audio issues, but our TV stopped playing through our Denon receiver. Geek Squad came out. It took almost 45 minutes before he figured out the problem. Long story short, we had to switch from an HDMI to an optical cable. He said something seems to have gone wrong with the ARC HDMI input on the TV. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Geek Squad rep.
