Be a Walter

He discovered that the problem was with Samsung and I had to get in touch with them and they were able to fix the problem. Walter really did a nice job while he was here and he was very kind and patient with me.

He quickly got my elderly mother's TV, DVD player and speaker system up and running. She had not been able to get it to work in over 3 years. He then patiently taught her how to use the controls. Manager finds needle in a haystack!

A manager sat down with us and we went through all the proposals, billing, etc. With his help we were able to find the charge in question and we were credited. Problem resolved.

They never mentioned that I was too old to solve this problem on my own. Many thanks to Jose Castro of the Farmington,NM store for coming to my rescue more than once. My review score is outstanding!!!

Geek Squad 2, Apple TV 4K 0

Both have been knowledgable and have improved parts of my TV and networking system. Unfortunately the newest Apple TV 4K is proving to be the worst Apple product I have ever bought from BestBuy. In the process, they did upgrade my cable modem and saved me hours of time with Breezeline.
