The Geek Squad always has the answers

When we needed their services for set-ups, repairs or technical support they always came through. Their technical knowledge is awesome. We will always subscribe to the program. We purchase items from Best Buy because of the help we receive from the Geek Squad.

Geek Squad corrected my DVD Audio

He was patient with me, understood what I was saying and replied so I could understand. I had other questions about my entertainment system that he happily complied with and answered my questions. Making sure we were on the same path.

He quickly got my elderly mother's TV, DVD player and speaker system up and running. She had not been able to get it to work in over 3 years. He then patiently taught her how to use the controls.
